I’m Dave Bascand, a creative director and senior product designer, boasting two decades of industry expertise. My design ethos revolves around strategy-driven solutions and collaborative efforts across diverse teams.

I'm a systems thinker who enjoys the challenge of solving complex problems. Distilling them down to simple, accessible, and thoughtful designs, with strategic intent. I enjoy tackling anything from building relevant brands to streamlining project processes.

I approach work with a growth mindset, always open to learning new tools, skills and product spaces. I take pride in my multidisciplinary approach, seamlessly traversing realms such as branding, art direction, design systems, product design, motion, and interaction design. All with a focus on creating meaningful experiences through design.

I’ve had the opportunity to work across the globe through the years, being fortunate enough to work alongside and learn from some of the best people in the industry. While I love being an individual contributor, any opportunities to develop others' careers and skillsets are welcome.
